I was quite pleased with the professionalism of both Danielle and Rick at the Highland location. My car was ready when they said it would be and the repairs are excellent. If I ever have to have body work on my car again, I will definitely take my car here!

Your staff at this location r very personnel and professional. There coustomer service is out standing , I was always well informed on what was happening and the progress of the repairs. If you had a rating scale 1 being dissatisfied to 10 being outstanding service I would rate your staff and repairs an 10

I had my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 worked on at your shop this week , they were very courteous and professional . They finished repairs quickly. They explained every thing they did to my truck. They even cleaned the inside and cleaned all the windows. Very good work.

I received a better quote than the body shop American Family wanted me to use. The shop was very clean and the people very courteous. They were nice enough to stay past normal hours to finish the job that was going to take longer than originally indicated so that my wife could have the car to take her mother to a Dr. Appt. the next day. They even allowed us to use a coupon we found on line to reduce the bill by and additional $100. The only negative was that they didn't tell us about the on line coupon when we got the estimate.
