Ive never had to handle a accident repair, & Gerber did a great job on my repair and made the experiences less stressful for me. They did excellant job on repair and had it done a day b-4 I even expected. Hope to never have a claim again but If I happen to I will be coming back to your shop. Office personal was very friendly also. THANKS!

I highly recommend Gerber Collision to everyone that would require work to be done on their vehicles.. I unfortunalty have had to have 2 collision repairs (neither my fault) done, but no other place to have it performed! The people are friendly, helpful, and try to get it done as soon as possible and still be completely correct. I have to give a SPECIAL shout out to Randy Schoon at the above location, as he goes beyond and above the call of duty!! No one else out there that I would trust my SUv with, and I am a super anal person with my vehicles and love love them! All I have to tell Randy, when I need it and he tries to get it done before that date, ie, we are leaving on vacation soon and heading towards the mountains, the damage that was done was extensive and left me very skeptical that it could be repaired to specs so as not to have ... problems down the road. He spend extra time with the SUV as well as Lupe Gonzalez to make sure it was 100% running and within Toyota specs. It looks great, a few other ends to tie up that need to be done by Toyota, but she is ready to go! I will miss dealing with them, but under the circumstances of why, hope its mot any time soon! I will make sure that I drop by now and then to say hello and again, I always refer people to Gerber, never have had a problem, and if I find something, they take care of it as soon as possible. I was quite pleased with the professionalism of both Danielle and Rick at the Highland location. My car was ready when they said it would be and the repairs are excellent. If I ever have to have body work on my car again, I will definitely take my car here!

I had my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 worked on at your shop this week , they were very courteous and professional . They finished repairs quickly. They explained every thing they did to my truck. They even cleaned the inside and cleaned all the windows. Very good work.

I received a better quote than the body shop American Family wanted me to use. The shop was very clean and the people very courteous. They were nice enough to stay past normal hours to finish the job that was going to take longer than originally indicated so that my wife could have the car to take her mother to a Dr. Appt. the next day. They even allowed us to use a coupon we found on line to reduce the bill by and additional $100. The only negative was that they didn't tell us about the on line coupon when we got the estimate.
