Fantastic experience all around. Junea at the desk was awesome. She is a fantastic communicator, and truly cares about customer experience. Seth and Ryan in Anderson, where my body work was done, communicated updates frequently. The job took a couple days longer than expected but that was not a problem because your team always had updates for me. Great job!! I hope I never do business with you again :). But, if any of my friends or coworkers need work, I will absolutely refer them to Gerber.

I had a wonderful experience with Gerber Collision. My son was in a car accident that left his passenger side and front damaged. They were able to make the car look brand new again. They have great customer service. The price was around the same as Kia would have charged. Greg went above and beyond to help us. We highly recommend!

We unfortunately hit a deer on a weekend and had damage to our car. Our insurance towed the car to Gerber and the staff there immediately began the process the next Monday morning. Everyone was very helpful, polite, professional. They contacted us every Tues and Thursday with updates. To no fault of their own, it took a long time because of the GM strike to get parts. As soon as the parts arrived they would immediately work on our car - but it was just hard to obtain them. They did an excellent job and I would definitely refer others to them.
