Every from Megan (The MOST AWESOME PERSON) to Alec was amazing to work with. Everyone was so kind and helpful. It was a warm and inviting atmosphere. The techs restored my vehicle back to form. Did such an awesome job. Also, they taught me how to handle a specific situation if anything would arise again. I just want them to know how grateful I am that did all of the work needed done. Thank you again

Emily was excellent at coordinating my repair and rental car arrangements. She provided top notch customer service that exceeded my expectations! The repair was done in fewer days than expected so that was great. There was a visible paint drip on the finish but it's not that noticeable. Overall, the car looks beautiful and I'm happy how it all turned out. Gerber even vacuumed and washed my car. It looks like new again! Thanks!

While it was frustrating that parts were on backorder, Gerber kept us updated. Collisions can cause a great deal of anxiety and frustration, Gerber eased the stress and answered all of our seemingly endless questions. We appreciated their transparency and professionalism while walking us through the process of our collision repair. When the repairs were complete, staff went through the repairs with us in detail to ensure we understood what our vehicle had been through and our vehicle looked new. We would HIGHLY recommend Gerber to anyone needing collision, body, or glass repair!
