Very professional! Shop was very clean! I asked for a quote for my 2010 Toyota Camery and was given 2 options and a bonus....gave me website to download a coupon for $100.00 off repairs over $500.00 w/o insurance claim! Plus a second coupon for a free car rental for up to 5 days! I've never been offered this type of discount for repairs ever! What a nice surprise which I did take advantage of the the $100.00 off but my repair was fixed in 2 days so I didn't need a rental car! All of the employees I spoke with both in person and over the phone were very professional and pleasant. I am referring a co-worker for repairs on their vehicle as well. I would not hesistate to return for any repair work in the future!

you have a wonderful staff at the gerber in valpo. Ron always very personal and paid attention to every detail. we have had a few car accidents and we never hesitate the decision where to take the vehicle, we wouldn't take it any where else. Brandy, receptionist should be given an extra thank you she is always so pleasant and gives courtesy updates on the status of the repairs, your company is very lucky to have her

I was kept informed through the whole process and any time i had a question Aaron always answered them for me. Im completely satisfied with the work that was completed and the fact that you can't tell part of the car had to be repainted. Aaron and the Team at Merrillville did an excellent job and i would highly recommend them to anyone.
