I wanted to contact you about the wonderful service I recently experienced at your Highland store. I wanted to let you know that Rick Williams and his staff went above and beyond to get my car returned to me in time despite some delays on a part so that I could have my car back in time for my son's wedding last weekend. Please convey to them again on behalf of myself and my husband how much we appreciated their efforts. We have had repair work done there in the past and like this most recent visit have been very pleased with the service we have received and do not hesitate to refer others to your business.

Bob was very helpful and gave me a good price. I did not use insurance as it was a small repair. I was very satisfied with the work, the time it took and the price. Everyone at the shop was friendly and helpful.

I am very pleased with the service I received from the office personnel. I was highly distraught after my vehicle was damaged. I was not sure how I would handle the situation at all. The staff at Gerber handled the entire process from calling my agent to help assist with the claim to setting up a rental for me during the repairs. I feel confident that I would bring my car back if need be.

These people went over and above what I expected. I pulled into my hotel in Chesterton Indiana. 0n Tuesday and contacted them the next morning at 8:00 am. I had backed into a post while traveling in Ohio(I'm from Houston Texas) and was wanting to have my car fixed so I could get back on the road. They had my car fixed by friday afternoon and cleaned up and delivered back to me by 5:00 p.m. I was astounded by the quick turnaround. Not only did they take me back to my hotel, but they picked me up that Friday. These people are very professional and make you feel like you are a part of their family. They even texted me progress reports on where they were in the completion of the work. Not only would I recommend this facility ,but would gladly use it agin if the need should arise.
