I had a wonderful experience with your facility. My claims adjusted stated service would take two days and that was accurate. I thought I was going to have an issue as I only had a partial check from Allstate due to a delay in them opening my uninsured motorist coverage. This was no fault of Allstate the party that hit me was not contacting my agent appropriately. Allstate mailed the additional check however my car was done before I got the check thinking this would delay me getting my car back but this was not the case as my Allstate agent called Gerber Collision and spoke to Rich Williams in regards to this issue. He asked that they cancel the two party check mailed to me and send a check directly to Gerber Collision and fax them a copy of the check. I found the people at Gerber to be very professional in dealing with my repair and the service was completed in a short amount of time considering the damage. The young lady at the front desk took my information, called the rental company and had me on my way in less the 45 minutes. I hope I do not have to but I would not hesitate to use them in the future or recommend them to a friend or family member.

Same excellent service I got when they were CARS Collision. Brought car in on Tuesday; estimate was Tuesday pickup. I got car back Friday, three days early. Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly. Service advisor George did the estimate: cost was right on the money; no surprises. As I was getting settled in the car in the parking lot, tech Julio introduces himself and asks how I like the work. I told him it was great. He was quite proud of his work. these guys are definitely 10's all around.

Great service!! Quick & precise about everything. They kept me updated about my 2011 Chevy Impala. Dealing with this company, you can tell that they've been in this business & dealing with people for a very long time. Would definitely request anyone to Gerber Collision & Glass, at least the location in Chesterton!!

I drive a Pace van that experienced collision damage to its driver's rear panel. Pace's rules must be followed to the letter or there will be problems and money for others to pay out. Gerber followed all of Pace's rules to secure the estimates, approvals, rentals, etc. My rear panel looks great and there were no headaches with the repair.
