I had such an excellent experience at Gerber. Rick, the manager, was super helpful with everything. He always kept me updated and made it really easy to deal with the insurance and everything. They even buffed out some scratches for no charge and helped me set up my rental car. My car came out looking brand new. I couldnt be happier with my experience.

Dear sirs I am writing to you concerning my 08 Toyota Tacoma that I have in your body shop. I have been very pleased with the work your body shop has been doing on the truck there was a lot of damage done to it and they have been meticulous to make it right. I have been there on numerous occasions and have talked with Joe B. the production manager and he has been very helpful. I don't know why my ex daughter in law would get involved with the truck but is in my name and I'm the one you have to please and I am very pleased so disregard her e-mail thank you for the wonderful work.

They did a really good job on my van and they even clean and vacuum it. The scratch and dent are gone and it looks like new. And I thank them for a great job that they did and recommend that everyone should go there to get their car fixed.

Love the personality and friendly attitude of the employees. The quickness of repair. they explained to me what they had done to the car. they also let me know that they would always be there for me if needed. The receptionist area and shop was so clean. they are the type of professionals I love and will always deal with for all my automotive needs in the future. Excellent service. They gave me a fair quote for repairs. They took my car in right away and it was done as expected.
