Gerber Collision & Glass in Chesterton, under General Manager Mr. Ron Bice was great! I was worried about taking my vehicle in, due to a small accident, because I was not sure of the service I was going to get for my 2013 Rav4. The service was great. The staff is fantastic. The work performed on my vehicle was perfect! Will I recommend? Most definitely!

From the moment I walked in to Gerber Collision, I was greeted by nothing but friendly staff whose customer service can't be beat. I brought my car in with rear end damage from an accident on the Wednesday before Memorial Day, and they got my car back to me in pristine condition Friday morning so I wouldn't have to be without my car for the holiday weekend. They even expidited the clean up so I could pick it up Friday morning because I needed to be at work in the afternoon. Another bonus: My car was washed and vacuumed when I got it back and that meant a lot to me. I felt like the whole thing was really behind me when I saw that. I hope I'm not in another accident anytime soon...but if I am, I know where I can go to get the job done well and cut down on the stress of the situation.

I was extremely impressed with the manner in which Rick W. and his staff handle the repairs to my vehicle. They showed sincere concern and gave me honest feedback. Rick and Scott called me several times with updates. Danielle and Shawn handled my paperwork efficiently. Everyone in the office were pleasant and friendly. The repairs were superbly completed. The entire staff at the Gerber Highland definitely exceeded my expectations!
