I took my vehicle to Gerber Collision and Glass in Chesterton. A rock hit my windshield while driving on the expressway and from the heat the chip spread. I called my insurance company and they recommended another company to take my car to. I told them that I wanted to take my car to Gerber. I have previous experience with them and I trust them to do a great job. I made the appointment, dropped my car off in the evening after work. The next afternoon they called me to let me know my vehicle was ready. Gerber is very fast and thorough I truly trust them to do a great job. I stopped in after work to pick up my vehicle. I was in and out in a matter of minutes and the windshield looks great. Thank you Gerber for your fast and friendly service. I will always use your service when I need too.

This was collision repair through the other car's insurance company. So far everything was handled easily. The repair was done and I received good communication for the workers at gerber. They informed me of another issue with my car and when I'm able to address that, I'll return to gerber to have them do the work. I appreciated their communication with everything done with the car. No one likes to have an accident, but they made this part relatively smooth.

These guys were GREAT! Fantastic communication and even made me aware of damage from my accident I wouldn't have known about(front end collision, got bumped in rear and didn't know). They did great work and even with the added damages they STILL completed my car ahead of schedule. Not that I ever WANT to see them again---but if I needed to, I definitely would.

The staff at Gerber in Highland, IN was friendly, helpful, and went the extra mile to make my experience great. the receptionist was so pleasant and helped me with information about a rental car. The General Manager, Rick W, brought my car around when I came to pick it up and helped me transfer my belongings from the rental to my car. I will definitely refer anyone I know who needs bodywork to Gerber Collision in Highland.
