From the receptionist (Danielle), estimator, and General Manager (Rick), they made everything easy, quickly repaired and made sure I was satisfied with the final results. Excellent work and excellent customer service. The repair on my car only took around 4 hours. I was going to wait at the shop for my car. However, a Gerber employee took me home and picked me back up when my car was ready. I will highly recommend this store.

Very nice job on my tahoe. They told me 2 days to fix and paint hood and replace windshield. And i had it back the very next day. Very friendly, quick and nicely done. And the manager was super nice

I received very personal service. I met each of the staff who worked on my car, including the woman who detailed it. I was updated regularly and the repairs were completed days before originally promised. The car looks great and drives great.

Gerber Collision & Glass in Chesterton, under General Manager Mr. Ron Bice was great! I was worried about taking my vehicle in, due to a small accident, because I was not sure of the service I was going to get for my 2013 Rav4. The service was great. The staff is fantastic. The work performed on my vehicle was perfect! Will I recommend? Most definitely!

From the moment I walked in to Gerber Collision, I was greeted by nothing but friendly staff whose customer service can't be beat. I brought my car in with rear end damage from an accident on the Wednesday before Memorial Day, and they got my car back to me in pristine condition Friday morning so I wouldn't have to be without my car for the holiday weekend. They even expidited the clean up so I could pick it up Friday morning because I needed to be at work in the afternoon. Another bonus: My car was washed and vacuumed when I got it back and that meant a lot to me. I felt like the whole thing was really behind me when I saw that. I hope I'm not in another accident anytime soon...but if I am, I know where I can go to get the job done well and cut down on the stress of the situation.
