Not even 2 hours after my accident Rick, Sean, and Danielle had gone out of their way to accommodate me , give me an estimate , and get my car in the very next morning. I needed to drive a long distance to pick my daughter up from college. They arranged for Hertz to meet me as soon as I dropped off my car . They lifted my spirits. They were friendly and I felt assured my car was in competent hands. Rich offered to give me a tour and gave me a thorough explanation of how the process works. Danielle took care of my paperwork and phone calls. Sean was courteous to make time to give me an estimate snd follow up with a phone call. Rich called the following day. Each day someone contacted me until my car was completed. This communication was important to me. I knew they were staying on top of things. Even the spirit if Christmas was in the air ... with their Toys for Tots campaign. They were courteous, efficient and professional. The bonus -there was a pleasant camaraderie amongst the staff which I enjoyed. I liked the fact that Rich knew everyone's names and that he made himself available- right next to the front desk. They turned an unfortunate circumstance into a pleasant one for me! Even my fathers family friend who either in the car business for 35 years recommended this Gerber location! Thank you!! read more

Gerber Collision took the inconvenience out of being involved in an accident. From the estimate to the finished repair the entire staff was knowledgeable and friendly. My car was completed in a very reasonable amount of time. And it came out of the shop looking amazing! No hint of an accident on my vehicle and they returned it to me cleaner than I left it with them! Their relationships with insurance & rental companies also take the hassle out of getting your car repaired. It was a relief to have everything taken care of by experts.

I appreciated the regular updates on the progress of repairs. A day after getting the car back a brake warning light came on the dashboard, we contacted Sean and brought the car in where they found a bad ABS sensor clip. Repair was done in a couple of hours and we were back on the road with no further issues.

I was pleasantly greeted by everyone at the location from Veronica at the front desk, to Phil the Estimator, and even the interaction I had with the General Manager. Even though I lost my vehicle to repair for a week I had great knowledge of what was going on and kept well informed. The text messages helped as well. This team does an EXCEPTIONAL job taking care of the customers!!!
