I just want to say that Rick, Danielle, and Sean took care of my car amazingly. They all were very friendly and definitely ensured customer service was a top priority. I hit a deer in the middle of the night and had trouble with my insurance getting the car towed to Gerber in Portage. I heard from Jen daily who selflessly called my insurance and helped get it towed. Joe was wonderful in keeping me informed of the damage and status of it being fixed. The service was great and my car looks wonderful and drives like it did before the accident. I would gladly recommend this company to my friends and family and would use them again if I were to need it.

First time to do business with Gerber and was very impressed with the staff in Elkhart. Fortunely I had a minor issue that needed fixed but to me it's major. Bottom line it looked great and I'm glad I decided to stop and check them out before I got work done. Needless to say if I have to have work done again I will return to gerber

I wanted to post a comment regarding Gerber Collision & Class Estimator JOSE V. I had an appointment to address some chipped bumper concerns on my 2008 Toyota Camry. Jose was very professional and had excellent customer service skills. He asked me what my concerns were and addressed them swiftly and accurately. He even went above and beyond the call of duty to do an excellent hand touch up on my front bumper. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wishing fair and friendly collision and glass service. Thank you Gerber!!!! See you next time!!! P.S. Brandy (check-in office) is also superb with excellent customer service skills. You can't go wrong here! All staff are warm and very hospitable.
