It ended up being nearly a complete rework in nine days of a prior shop's twenty-four day shoddy workmanship, and the difference is "night and day" as regards the quality. This was a first-pitch home run for Gerber in Munster, IN!

Gerber did a great job on my new Chrysler 300. Although it was a minor repair, they completed it a day and a half ahead of schedule. They communicated fully with me for the entire time they had my car, and the cost was $200.00 under the competing estimate. The work was excellent and I would recommend them to my friends and family.

We were driving back from Minnesota to Michigan and our crash tape blew off the sunroof of our Jeep. The staff at Gerbers had us back on the road with a new tape job in less than 20 minutes thanks to Rick. Very professional and curtious. Thank you for all your help!

I hit a deer in the middle of the night and had trouble with my insurance getting the car towed to Gerber in Portage. I heard from Jen daily who selflessly called my insurance and helped get it towed. Joe was wonderful in keeping me informed of the damage and status of it being fixed. The service was great and my car looks wonderful and drives like it did before the accident. I would gladly recommend this company to my friends and family and would use them again if I were to need it.
