Patrick and Kimberly were so so helpful and kept us up-to-date on everything. Patrick left me a message every couple of days to let me know an estimate time our car would be ready. I tell everyone to go to Gerber, I have never felt that way about a Repair Center.

Absolutely the most pleasant professional staff I have ever encountered within a collision/auto body environment . I am 61 years old and admittedly been in a few situations where my car required auto body repairs. My initial contact with the shop manager was awesome (he made me feel that he actually enjoyed conversing with me LOL) and every singe individual I interacted with employed by Gerber was fantastic, their customer service was off the charts. Then I get my car wow and it's impeccable looks and feels brand new. I could really go on and on.....
