After I totalled my Jeep, my Allstate agent could not be bothered to reply to an email or to follow up with me regarding ANYTHING. The people at Gerber, where my Jeep was taken, on the other hand, were so kind, helpful and supportive. Ellie has been my go-to person for the past three weeks, and I will always be grateful for her. I had never had an accident, so this was new territory for me and Ellie helped get me through it. I hope I never need another major car repair, but if I do, I know where the car will go.
