Christopher K. and Krystal provided excellent customer service. Christ kept me informed of each stage of my car repairs with daily texts. Krystal explained all of my paperwork, car washing instructions and the lifetime guarantee. I was happy to get my car back a day early and was extremely pleased with the repairs done. I also thank Gerber for my car wash and cleaning of the inside of my car. Chris and Krystal are AWESOME Gerber team members.

The repair on quarter panel and bumper looks great and Chris Freihaut is pleasant, knowledgeable, responsive, and the antidote to the crude, stupid, and incompetent "customer service" I too often encounter. Plus, Chris has a cool hairdo. (I should add that Chris managed to get the car finished within one week, and the shop was busy). I have no hesitation recommending this shop, especially if you get to deal with Chris (I don't mean to diss any other claims agents there, it's just that I have no experience with them). The other employees I met, from front desk to the body shop itself, were similarly pleasant, competent, and courteous. Dr. Stark

Excellent in estimating, courtesy, and workmanship. Our insurance is Allstate, but State Farm was the company of the insured who damaged our car. Gerber arranged with Enterprise car rental for our use of a rental car. Very helpful.
