I recently had my car repaired at the South Elgin, IL location on Sundown Road. The two people my wife and I dealt with, Amanda Szilage and Jennifer McCollum were very helpful and great to deal with. These days It is rare to receive this type of Customer Service. I will be bringing our other vehicle to Gerber again for some repairs from scratches and will recommend this location to others. My car was recently burglarized. State farm recommended Gerber for my repairs. Tim, Chris, and Lauren at the N Halstead location here in Chicago were superb. They were always friendly and helpful. The car looked fantastic after the repairs. Break in's are never fun, but at least I am at peace knowing my car received top-notch restoration.

He was very accessible and managed my expectations in a professional manner. Chris made the whole experience a good one. I had a wonderful experience with Gerber. They called me throughout the process. They were professional, polite and helpful. They explained everything to me and they fixed my car in a timely fashion. They were kind enough to also get my radio working for me by finding out the code from the dealer. My car looks better than when I bought it. They were a pleasure to deal with. I was really impressed with them. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Gerber was able to help me to get my car transported to their shop on a Saturday, when the tow company wasn't very helpful. Gerber was very honest and up front with their quote process and how long it would take to fix my van. They called me often to keep me in the loop of how the repairs were going. The repairs were able to be fixed even earlier than their estimate. I was very pleased to see my van looking as though the accident had never happened. I was very appreciative of the time and care they took for me!!
