I was apprehensive, having no previous experience with this sort of repair, but he led me through the steps with a kind and gentle manner. Our 2000 Cadillac was hit badly in the front, we thought it would be totaled, but Gerber made it look like it came right out of the show room. They kept us updated throughout the repair and the car was done on time.

I am truly grateful to Gerber Collision now. I will admit that I had some skepticism when I was first referred to them by a friend. But from the very first day that I took my car in for service, I was shown nothing but professionalism. The person who I dealt with was Chris Freihaut and he really kept me informed on what was happening with my car. Chris told me after the initial check to see what needed to be done that he would call me every Tuesday & Thursday, and he kept his word on that. Most other places you've got to call them to ask what's going on with your car. I appreciate his attentiveness and I feel that he went the extra mile even though he didn't have to. I have never been in a serious car accident before, and I have heard such horror stories about car repair shops. This process was painless. The work on my car was beautiful. The staff called me constantly to update me on my vehicle, so I honestly didn't have to do a thing but pick it up. Having a rental car was also such a fast an easy process. I thought I would have to take a whole day off work to get everything figured out, and I was done with everything in under an hour!
