I think that Hugh is great. He's a smart guy and is very conscientious. My experience was professional as opposed to what may be the case in your industry in general. I really liked Hugh's updates at the end of each day. I did not anticipate them. I think that Hugh is the exact type of front man you want. I appreciate this because my business is all about relationships and superior experience. My car was fixed swiftly and looks really nice

Jim Heitzman did an excellent job on my Jeep 2008 Liberty. I appreciated the fact that he got the ball rolling immediately on the repairs. I also enjoyed his attention to detail as he would call each day and update me on the service. I highly recommend Gerber and Jim Heitzman.

Jim was very polite and helpful. He was prompt. I scheduled an appointment at 8 and he helped me at 8. They performed the service faster than expected and didn't undertake unnecessary services or charges. I will come back if I need any bodywork done.
