Having my car repaired at Gerber was extremely positive from start to finish. Each person I talked to, from the receptionist to Gary Wilmoth, the estimator was professional and courteous. All in all, I always felt tha my car was in good hands and that I was being looked after.

From the start to the end the process at Gerber was fantastic. When our car was involved in a hit and run, I thought we would be out of a car for a long time. They completed the work before they estimated, they were completely professional calling multiple times to give us updates, and the workmanship was fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone. We have been thinking about moving to the suburbs, but now that I have my car guys in the city, if we do move, I would seriously consider bringing it back downtown if we have a similar situation. Thanks for everything!

Jim was great. He explained everything really well and made sure I understood. With my husband out of town, I was very nervous about handling this myself, but the experience was painless. The car was even finsihed earlier than expected. Thank you for doing such a great job.

First, the repair looks fabulous! I think they went far above and beyond what was required - Jim Pohlman spent alot of time explaining and answering questions - if I did not understand, he re-explained - re-explained & re-explained - he never appeared annoyed and seemed more than happy to do it. He answered questions regarding other vehicle info - EXTREMELY helpful & appreciated!!! They were very friendly, helpful & informative - I would absolutely recommend them! I really do appreciate the time they spent with me - explaining & answering questions! I also appreciated the way they handled the car rental!!!
