My experience at Gerber was one that exceeded my expectations. When I first walked in, the receptionist greeted me with a warm greeting. I never felt rush or an inconvenience. While the general manager was taking photos of my vehicle he went over everything that needed to be repaired. I found that very helpful. After that, he explained everything with detail, including how long the repairs would take and the guarantee of their work. The receptionist also told me that they do a status call on Thursdays to tell me how the repairs are going. I got my call and they told me that my car was finished. They finished a day early! I was recently in a car accident and brought my car to Gerber for repair. I would like to thank Jim Pohlman and Jennifer for making this experience easier for me. They were very professional and friendly and answered all my questions. If I ever need car repairs again (which I HOPE not) I would definately not hesitate to bring it back to Gerber at this location.

David was great. He was very helpful in keeping cost down on the repairs, since my daughter was paying out of pocket for the repair. The repair was prompt and efficient. Thank you David and Gerber.

We were treated like family by the whole staff. We already had another body shop in mind till we walked in the door for the second estimate. James, Mike and Chris were very helpfull in getting our vehicle done on time, and I plan on going back in the for other unrelated work in the future.
