Our family had the misfortune of both our vehicle’s being in collisions in less than a Month, one a complete total and the other was fixed. I would like to take this time to let you know that in both cases we were treated with great respect by the Estimator (Craig DeGutis) and the Shop Manager (Mark Wilson) both were very courteous ,informative and helpful in both the claims. They answered all our questions helping us to understand the process of our claims. This was a very difficult time having both our vehicles down at the same time; the first was the total then the second being the repair. We are a large family so being without one vehicle was bad enough but when the second one went down that to us was a major crisis .Craig helped us find and secure a rental car from a nearby retail company which was very helpful. After the estimate ... was completed Craig went though it line by line explaining every detail to my wife. She commented to me how Craig broke it all down where even she could understand. As the repairs progressed Mark kept me up to date on where my vehicle was in the repair process and timing of when it would be completed. The repairs where done before the promised date. He knew our situation and our Durango looks awesome! It doesn’t even look like I was in and accident at all. Great Job to the Guys at Gerber I have told everyone what these Guys have done for me and our family Thank you Thank you! The service and repair were fantastic! When I got back home the car was so clean it looked like it had been detailed! I will not hesitate to reccomend Gerber to family and friends or to use Gerber's services again. I thought that this kind of company was a thing of the past and I never expected to see an "old school" approach to getting things done. Other companies should take note and they will when they see their clients going over to people like Gerber Collision & Glass.

Great service. Craig Junod was great. Front desk was helpful. Car looks brand new. 2006 Silver Maza 6. Everyone went beyond themselves with good customer service. They even fix our remote key with new batteries. Will be back.

The service and repair was excellent. I am very happy with the results. I also appreciated the thorough professional expertise of Mike Ciszek, who estimated the repair in a personable way. He was very clear with his explanation and estimate. I chose Gerber because it was recommended by my insurance company. I have gone to them previously with the same positive treatment and excellent service.

I have had trouble with my front bumper coming unattached on one side. I took my car to Gerber expecting to have to leave it and to pay more than I wanted to invest in an old car that I hope to replace soon. Within 15 minutes my bumper was reattached and I wasn't charged! The staff at Gerber from the mechanics to the person behind the desk are friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

This turned out to only be a surface sratch that was buffed out on a matter of minutes. Staff was efficient and friendly and went out of their way to get this done quickly. These guys are greate at the Skokie, IL location
