I took my 2002 Mercury to Gerber Collision in Evanston after an accident which resulted in damage to the driver's side door. I could not open the door after the accident. Dana N took care of me, and I cannot say enough good things about her. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, but what impressed me the most was that she seemed to take a personal interest in my problem. I was very pleased with the repair. Also, Gerber's estimate was the lowest I received. I do not plan to have another accident, but if I do, I will be taking my car to Gerber in Evanston and I hope that Dana will be there to help.

Jason and John were very good, and I believe it was Victor who actually repaired my car-- he did a wonderful job! My car was a little later getting back to me than we had all anticipated due to the terrible winter we've had this year (I brought my car in on January 21st and just now picked it up on March 21st), but they kept me up to date with all the repairs and basically had to rebuild the entire front half of my vehicle. They did a wonderful job and everyone there was very honest and forthright with information, even the unpleasant bits about it being over two weeks late with delivery: something I appreciate. I am completely satisfied with the job done and would recommend them to others without hesitancy.
