My experience was excellent. The person who attended me Chris M. was very personable and professional. The first thing he asked was if I and my family were ok. He quickly put together an estimate and followed up almost every day with the status of my car. The body work done on my car was superior it looks like it was never damaged. It looks like a new car. It was also very professionally done. I would recommend gerber to my friends and family. Thank you for making my experience so pleasant.

Andrew/Gerber was amazing at handling what was given to him. That being said I am considering leaving my insurance provider all together after seeing the parts of my car that were not covered as they should have been.

Tom was very pleasant to deal with. However, though person on phone scheduling my estimate was very precise when I was to arrive, it took 40 minutes to see him. The building itself is a bit of an eyesore in a prime area. It doesn't look like the windows have been washed in years and there are markings outside the building. Finally, when I picked up the car, was asked again what time I had to arrive. I asked how long it would take as I had to pick it up during lunch. Was told it would be ready to go and take 10 minutes. On arrival, the car wasn't ready as I was told, still had to be washed and pulled up. The person who checked me out though was awesome.

Brought my car here twice in a few months. Once after getting hit by a plow and another one after trying to fix paint on my hood which went badly. These guys are great. Not only is their work great and quick, but their customer service is AMAZING. Making sure the customer leaves happy really is a their number one priority. That's something a lot of businesses say but rarely show, but this Gerber follows through their promise of making the customer happy. I can't say enough complimentary things about this Gerber, from the nice lady behind the desk, the guy who gives you a ride when you need it, to management, they know how to treat customers and do great work on their cars. Safe to say that this Gerber has a new lifetime customer!
