My car was hit overnight and my insurance company sent me to Gerber. As it wasn't my usual car service place, I was anxious to go, but ended up pleasantly surprised. Dana (the woman who does the estimates and handles the business) was amazing. She was super friendly and really knew what she was talking about. My estimate said the car would take 12 days to be fixed. However, I walked out with a brand spankin' new bumper and quarter panel in THREE days! They even washed my disgustingly dirty white car-inside and out. I highly recommend Gerber to everyone, they did an excellent job with my car, and the customer service was impeccable. If you need collision repairs, Gerber is the place to go.

The texting system is fantastic. Andrew and all the staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make a bad situation into a great experience.

Hi, I appreciate all the profession service I received at the Evanston location. Both Rachel and Dana answered all my questions and offered me rides back and forth. Calvin and Christian were very courteous in driving me home and to your office. It made an unpleasant experience (damage to car) into a pleasant one. Thanks so much.
