Our experience with Gerber was outstanding. I want to especially spotlight the estimator, Tom R. He was very courteous, professional, and reassuring. His preliminary assessment was thorough. His followup was complete and timely. He was very kind and approachable. He is an excellent representative of customer service from Gerber. I would recommend Gerber service based on his performance. The repair team did an outstanding job of fixing our car.

I am happy with the service in all aspects: front desk, estimator and the work was handled professionally. It took a tad longer than estimated but I had a rental car, so my nose was not bent out of shape. I hope to not see you soon, but IF I need repair, you're my shop.
