After a hit-and-run I was not very happy. That turned around quickly after my State Farm rep offered Gerber as one of the preferred choices for repairs. From the moment I walked in the door I knew I was in good hands. The receptionist handed me off to Jessie, who evaluated the damage and in short order gave me an estimate on time and costs. After dropping my car off, I was kept up to date with the progress via phone all along the way. Pick up was a couple of days before the completion estimate and my vehicle looked like new! Amazing A big thanks from me to everyone at Gerber in Skokie...especially Jessie, who was so personable that I might just stop by to say "hello" to every now and again! ;-D

Everyone is very friendly! They were able to get my part in quickly and when I came in to have the part put on I was there for a very short amount of time! All at a lower cost than what was originally quoted!

The staff at this Gerber location have gone above and beyond what was expected to assist my mom with her vehicles repairs. They entire process went smooth, the car looks better than before the accident and as promised returned to us in a very reasonable amount of time!
