Excellent and friendly service ! I went last minute because my passenger side window wouldn't roll up. They fit me in with no problem and serviced me immediately when I arrived. He got my window to come up and said no charge , and said eventually I would need a motor but for now it should work fine ! I was outta there in 15 minutes ! These guys definitely have my business in the future !!!!!

Everyone there was more than helpful. Margie and Kayla were more than helpful with everything!! Working with my insurance, getting me my rental, and keeping me informed as to how the repairs were going. The mechanics were very friendly! I really can't say enough about how great their service is!

Very Please with Jesse D and his professional knowledge in his field . Kept me informed all the way threw. Vehicle looks great some Items weren't taken care of but, Jesse D made me feel comfortable that he is going to address these items with Geico as im a claiment with them . I will always choose Gerber and request Jesse

I had the opportunity to be serviced by Jesus D. He was extremely professional and helpful. The work done exceeded my expectations and was done almost a week ahead of the projected timeline. A great experience all around. I will definitely return to Gerber if need be in the future

I brought my car in when the air conditioner would not cool the air, thinking that the previous season's body work may have had something to do with the malfunction. The representatives(I'm so sorry I forgot the names of the two men who helped me!) were terrific. They took apart the front end to determine the cause and learned that it was an issue unrelated to previous work. All at no cost to me. Not only that! Someone stole the "H" off of the front of my Honda CRV and when I asked for a replacement cost, the guys found one in house and replaced it for me. Now I'm proudly boasting an H again. Thanks a ton! I appreciated your professional service and assistance.
