Thank you Gerber !!!!!! Came in for an estimate and my estimator Jesse D helped me out. Great people , Great Service I LOVE THIS PLACE !!! I had minor scratches that were annoying me on my Cadillac's tailgate. He mentioned they possibly could be cleaned up with a buff , asked for my keys pulled my car in and within mins returned with mouth dropping service. I took my car into the Schaumburg location last week and worked with Bob S. This gentleman made my experience very pleasant. Not only was he friendly and polite, he was extremely professional and caring. It turned out the damage I came in to get an estimate for was something that could be fixed within minutes. Bob fixed my bumper, and told me that because it was so minor, he wouldn't charge me. I was flawed. This act of kindness doesn't happen often. Gerber is very fortunate to have such a professional, and caring individual on their staff. I will be sending friends and family his way. He truly deserves every referral I hope to send his way.

After my neighbor backed into my car and did $3300 worth of damage, I knew the only place I wanted my car repaired was Gerber. The Round Lake location did an amazing job on a very minor paint repair for me last year, and now that I had serious damage, they were the only location I was willing to trust. My neighbor's insurance company was very difficult to work with, and were not very nice to me, but Mark at Gerber Round Lake, fought for me to get the repairs done the way they should be with GM parts, and made sure my neighbor's fly by night insurance company did the right thing by me. It speaks volumes about the way they value their customers when they will go to those kinds of lengths for you. Service was excellent when I pick-up my vehicle. Jesse D provided superior break down on what internal damage I had on front of vehicle. What the insurance covered and what warranty I had on the service. I'm glad i decided the location and happy that Jesse D gave his helped and explain what he fixed. I will recommend this location to my family and friends.

Gerber did a wonderful job repairing my vehicle after it was in an accident. They have constant text message updated to let me know the status of my vehicle. When I called the representative was polite and knowledgeable about my vehicle. When my vehicle was returned there was no evidence of an accident at all. They clean inside and out. I would definitely use them again if need be

I was referred to Gerber today by Cassidy T. when it was discovered that one of the low beams of my headlamp was not working. I stopped in for an estimate and received better service than I could have imagined. Jesse was very pleasant and thought it might be simple but wasn't sure about the configuration for my car so he took my car into the shop to consult with the shop manager; I think his name is Sam. In a matter of minutes they had replaced the bulb needed and sent me on my way. This was fantastic and I will certainly look forward to returning to Gerber the next time I need glass or body work on any of my cars. Thank you!

my car was hit on left side and it was really bad, but the guy name Chinda C. fix it really good and he made my car look like new car and this person is really good very friendly and he explain everything very nice and service is very nice n fast. i will differently send my friend and family to Chinda.
