I started to replace headlight lamp and ran into issues. I could not get new lamp installed and stopped to see if Gerber could help with advice. Cosmo installed the new lamp and even buttoned up the bumper and front grill when I said I would do the final buttoning up. Best news is there was no charge for the service. Excellent job by Cosmo and Jason (estimator) Thanks for the service!

I am so glad I picked this store to have repairs done on my vehicle because everyone was great from start to finish. Jen was nice, helpful and had a great personality. The estimator, Bob, went out of his way to keep me informed about the status of my vehicle during the repair process. He called me twice a week to let me know what was going on. He was friendly and a real people person! The front end of my car was where the damage was. Right now, it is back to it's pre-accident condition and I could not be happier. They even went to far as to clean the inside of my car before I picked it up...and I mean it was cleaner than when I bought it. They even folded the towels I had in there. All I can say is "WOW!".
