Tom R. the estimator is a great ambassador for Gerber. Angie at the front desk as well. Both are very personable and genuine. Tom communicated very clearly and in a timely manner and I never had to call to determine where things were at, he beat me to the punch. Most importantly, he exceeded my expectations for completion. I got my vehicle back sooner than expected. Great job Tom!
