Bob and the crew at Gerber Collision are awesome! I got my car back looking better than when i bought it 5 years ago. I actually feel like i have a new car! I was able to track the repair through their online "Repair View", where they would upload pictures of the car as it was being fixed everyday. It was fun to see the repair progress. I can't recommend Gerber and team enough!

This was my 1st visit to this facility. All people I came into contact with were absolutely wonderful and professional. Service was outstanding. I will recommend this facility to everyone I know if they need any body work etc. for their car. They kept me well informed as to the repair status and when my car would be ready. They exceeded my expections.

David is the BEST !! Great Personality, Pleasant to talk with !! He Really Uplifted my Day !! Originally, I was at Pep Boys to fix a Blinker Bulb on the left side and found out my back hatch would not open. I then was referred here to Gerber by "JIM" to see if they could get the hatch open. I was completely frustrated as you can imagine.... ONLY needed to fix the Bulb. HA ! Thinking on my way here...This is going to cost me $$$$....Good Grief ! I have never been here before and I live pretty much around the corner...Sorry about that ! As I walked in I began to prepare myself for the expense...I waited just a few minutes and was so surprised at how fast I was able to get in !!! Someone hit my rear passenger tire area. I was concerned the 8inch scratch would rust so I went to Gerber Collision and I spoke with Stephanie B about about an estimate. Stephanie took my keys and had me wait in the waiting room. Within 10 mins she was back to give me the damage total. To my surprise, her wonderful team of workers were able to buff out the scratches and only a small dent remained. My 10 year old car looks like new in that corner again!
