I had a very minor problem with my Toyota van. A couple of the screws had come out and needed to be replaced. I dreaded going to the dealership where I would have to make an appointment and pay who knows how much for this simple repair. I happened to be in the Skokie area on business and saw a Gerber collision center, so I stopped in to see if they could help. I didn't get the woman's name but she sure was helpful. I was there for maybe 10 minutes and she had one of the guys put in a couple new screws. Problem solved! Thanks again...hopefully I won't need any more minor or serious repairs, but now I know where to go!

This is the second time I've used Gerber in Buffalo Grove for my vehicle repairs. I was assisted this time by Scott B. Scott was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. I had several areas on my vehicle repaired, and Scott kept me informed and up to date. My vehicle was repaired very quickly and it looks amazing. I am 110% satisfied with the work done. Thanks to Scott and the great work done, I will definitely recommend Gerber in Buffalo Grover to friends and family!!

It's a month before the lease is up on my truck and I come out of the store to find that someone had backed into my car. I took the vehicle over to Gerber knowing that I had very little time to get the work finished before the vehicle inspection for my lease was due. They got me in almost immediately and had the repairs done in 2 days. The truck looks fabulous, the paint matched perfectly and they cleaned the vehicle inside and out. They've made it possible for me to make my vehicle inspection and without the extra damage that would have increased my lease costs. Jason was especially helpful in the entire process; walking me through getting the the estimate, filing the claim, etc. Though I hope to never have to need to, I would gladly do business with Joliet Gerber again in the future and would recommend them to my friends and family.

Mario, the general manager, was personable, knowledgeable and professional. He identified a problem with the door making a noise as a result of the accident. When I got my car back that problem had been resolved and the paint job was terrific. Thanks for great service!

This has been one of the best experience involving body shop repair. They gave my Insurance company and me a detailed cost/ date that the work would be completed and was done when they said The detail of work was really impressive. I definity get them a 5 star for work and friendly atmosphere.

I was very pleased with Gerber's repairs to our van. We were kept informed of progress and the work was done a little ahead of what I had anticipated. Everyone at the shop was friendly, and they were willing to bring in a specialist when one was needed to complete a glitch in the electrical system. The paint job was a great match and the trailer hitch actually looks better than the original.
