I had a wonderful experience with Gerber, the estimator at Gerber Chris F. was wonderful, Thanks Chris. My brand new 2017 Subaru Outback was in a tornado on August 6, 2017 in Tulsa OK while on vacation. The car had windows blown out and body damage on 100% of the car and Gerber got it looking like a brand new car again. Hopefully I will never need to go back to get another care repaired but if I did I would definitely go back to Gerber

Was only informed car was ready for pickup 30 min prior to their closing! Barely made it in traffic. Would have appreciated a call sooner. If I had to wait til the next day to pick up the car I would have been charged another day for the rental car!!!!

Starting with girl at the front desk who greets, obtains a rental car from Enterprise and gives you the information sheets to fill out to the estimator and to the crew who repair the damage to the vehicle, the staff at Joliet's location does an outstanding job to make the customer comfortable and confidant that their service is the best and completed in a reasonable time. It definitely is true!

I had a great experience with my car repair at Gerber. They were very informative on the progress of my vehicle and I certainly appreciated that. All employees I worked with were very kind and professional. Though being without my car was an inconvenience to me, Gerber made it very easy by knowing when I could expect it back.
