I've heard several of my colleagues and peers praise Gerber for their wonderful work with both glass and collision repair, so when I had my very first fender bender a few weeks ago, I decided I'd give Gerber a try. From the moment I walked into the door of the office I knew I would be taken care of. Karen, the receptionist was wonderful and so polite. She handled everything from contacting Enterprise for me to making sure my paperwork was squared away all with the utmost professionalism. Jason, my estimator was also very passionate and very honest. From day one he laid out the details of the work that needed to be done, and did his best to find me the best price possible on the parts that would be needed to repair my truck. He also did a fantastic job at keeping me informed of the progress of the work throughout the week. And lastly ... Brian, who may have been one of the shop managers was also very pleasant to deal with, he was very keen on making sure I was 100% satisfied with their work on the day I picked the truck up. There was piece of trim on my wheel well that had been warped one way or another from reapplication and he made sure they would order the part and take care of it. Overall, outstanding customer service and excellent work. Im very pleased with my experience and will highly recommend Gerber to anyone who should need work done on their vehicle. read more

I parked my car in a store parking lot and when I came out to my dismay someone had scraped the care in the rear panel and of course they left the scene - no note, nothing. So on the way home I stopped at Gerber in LaGrange because they had worked on my car previously. Rick came out took a look at the car and went in and got some magic potions and wiped the marks away. There is still a very slight indentation in the car panel but the offending black marks are gone and the paint has not been broken. Since the car is 10 years old and I am even older, I decided that do any further repair would not be necessary. I tried to give Rick a token of my appreciation ($) but he refused and said it was his pleasure to be of assistance. With all of the nasty stuff that is going on in this world - it was really wonderful to have someone who cared and ... went the extra mile for an old lady. From the time we called to bring our car in for repair, Gerber was most helpful. Jessica was gracious and courteous; Stephanie gave us our estimate in a timely and friendly manner; we did not think we'd need a rental car, but when we did, we were able to get a great car from Enterprise. Updates via cell phone were helpful, and the car was done ahead of schedule.
