I'm 77 years old and have been driving for over 60 years. I've had a few accidents (not many) but by far the service and work at Gerber was the best. from the front desk, the estimators and the workers every thing was A-1. I can't thank you enough. I would recommend Gerber to everyone.

I give them 5 star rating for the great customer service starting at the service desk as well as the two estimators that I met with before and after the repairsthat went over everything that was going to take place. As for returning in the future if car repairs are needed there is no question who I would use as well recommending Gerber to anyone I come in contact with that would ask where to go for car repairs that is good.

Repairs were completed in time frame that was promised. Communicated all information in a timely manner. Repairs looked great and time was taken to go over what was done and care to be taken with repair site in regard to cleaning and waxing.

Excellent work done on all cars I've brought in to Gerber Crystal Lake. Joe and everyone at Gerber were very thorough and detail oriented in all points of service, speed, and helping to show me different choices regarding what work should be covered under insurance versus what would not be. They're one of the few places where I was really confident I can count on leaving my Malibu or any other model in their hands and have it returned to me in new condition. Joe did a great job of explaining all the body work and puting things in perspective regarding the repairs needed.

Jason is very thorough about explaining what repairs need to be done and also what might come up as the repairs are being made. Making the customer aware of what might come up is very comforting instead of finding out later. The whole process and the quality work is excellent. This has been my second time with them and would highly recommend getting repairs done here.

Car repair experience with this Gerber location is wonderful. The entire staff there works great. The Estimator Mc Kinney examined the damaged thoroughly and helped me understand the repairs required. Rick E and his staff took care of the car professionally with extra care for a paint on side mirror......Definitely recommend to friends
