Rick E. the Production Manager, personally came out to my car and fixed my left front quarter for free by replacing the mounting bolt connecting it to the bumper. This was not even covered by their warranty since it was unrelated to the outstanding insurance repair Gerber performed on my car 5 years ago. This underscores how Gerber Collision and Glass truly cares for its customers even if there is no profit to be gained. Thanks again. I was involved in an accident in 2015 I recently started having my drivers for catch on my front fender. It caused paont chips on my door. I went into the shop and Rick E started to help me. He looked at my car then pulled up the work they performed on it back in 2015. Apparently my front fender wasn't damaged in the accident. Rick saw that I was upset and offered to realign my fender fender and to touch up the paint chips that i had in my door. Rick and the while team was nothing but helpful and professional. I will definitely be recommending gerber to everyone who needs auto work done. Rick has definetly made me a life long customer!

Had slight followup on some repair work that the Downers Grove office handled. Gerber said I could come in and they would handle it. Absolutely followed through. I stopped in, they evaluated and fixed the issue quickly and I was back on my way. Great experience.

I had a wonderful experience today , I spoke to Minty about a problem I have with something above my rack on my car ... very helpful Sarge came out and took a look at what needed to be done ., very accommodating and took the time out of his work to fix my problem for free .
