In two months, I needed body work for my Lincoln. First time, an accident that was not my fault. The second time, I backed into a pole. Had Gerber fix my car to perfection. The crew was helpful, friendly, and thorough. As a senior citizen, I really appreciated the service.

I stopped by today for an estimate. The staff at Buffalo Grove office was very helpful. While evaluating the estimate for fender replacement, Miguel D and staff noticed a missing screw and fixed it to get me going temporarily, and presented the estimated cost of replacing the fender. Thank you!

Getting a repair done after an accident is never convenient but Gerber made it as convenient as possible. Everyone was so friendly and made the process a little less painful. McKinley did a great job keeping me in the loop during my repair and made sure everything got completed on time. My car looks fantastic. All of my expectations were exceeded. Loved the customer service from the beginning to the end. Starting with Jennifer and Steve they were great . Made me feel welcome even offered coffee. The porter was also very attentive ! Would definitely recommend to a friend . I would definitely go back to the shop but let's hope that's not the case. Thanks guys !

Jacqueline did wonderful job. I thought I would end up paying at least 2K $ for repairing the small scratches on my Audi car. But she recommended to buff it and made all the scratches disappear for no cost. Huge cost saving and at the same time, great look back.

Kudos to the staff at Gerber Collision on University in Peoria. They were efficient, pleasant, helpful and very professional. I was given a status each step of the way by text and phone calls from beginning to end. The estimate process with Ezra was convenient as they open early. He was pleasant and very professional. Jim worked with me and my insurance company which made everything smooth and seamless. He even addressed an issue I had with my power steering. Jim went over and above to research my concern on the internet and provided an update. (Over & above expectations exceptionally great customer service) We were given a complete and satisfactory answer to my husbands rigorous inspection for details and paint matching concerns.
