My car had a fender bender. I was kind of bummed and wanted it fixed ASAP. I contacted Gerber who just acquired the Kona location from Auto Body Hawaii. Gerber gave me an estimate on a Tuesday. I took the car in for repairs on Thursday. I picked it up Friday afternoon and the car looks amazing. They also cleaned the car inside and out. It seriously looks better than when I drove it off the lot 8 years ago.

It's been 10 days after service, vehicle not in daily use to notice any future problems that may occur prior to sensors (recalibrate) which was required upon repairs. As far as the bumper & paint done that seems excellent from observation view. Heather A. , Estimator was very professional, knowledgeable with great friendly service and updated me every step along the way. Everyone has their part when the vehicle is brought in and I think the service is great!

Gerber Collison has amazing customer service and also went above and beyond when they decided to screw in my front bumper free of charge. My car was left clean and I was satisfied when I got it back. I would definitely recommend!
