I am very impressed with the service I received at Gerber Collision Waipahu. They were a recommended partner shop for my insurance, and they truly came to the rescue after someone hit my 2017 Honda Accord Sport SE while it was parked. I'm usually wary of the estimate process-I always worry a shop will underestimate damage with a 'we can just buff that out' attitude. However, Asialee was fantastic and performed a thorough evaluation of my Accord, correctly deciding that the rear bumper needed a full replacement. The timeline was incredible: Friday (2/20): Estimate Wednesday (2/25): Drop-off for repair Friday (2/27): Repair complete! I've never had such a quick turnaround from a repair shop. They took excellent care of my vehicle, even giving it a quick wash (poor thing suffers from landlord-induced water spots), and got it back to me in ... less than five days. That is amazing. Special shout-out to Nick and the front desk team for guiding me during my first visit. Also, a huge thank you to the tech who started processing my vehicle on the day of the drop off (didn't get his name, but he had a very cool, quiet vibe)-credit must be given to the guys in the back who put in the labor. Trust that you are visible to us customers! The Gerber Waipahu team is professional, friendly, and they treat your vehicle like it's their own. If my Honda ever needs 'emergency' TLC again, they will 100% get my business. read more

I was very impressed with the entire service. Everything went very smoothly, from getting the estimate, dropping off the car, and picking up the repaired car. I was very impressed that I received texts on different days which kept me informed of the progress of the repairs and the projected completion date. Everybody that I dealt with was very helpful and professional.

Mike J. too care of us, as did everyone at office. But Mike was "our guy" for the process. Friendly, personable and knowledgeable: what more can we say? After dropping off our car, we started getting update texts: wonderful! The office coordinated with our insurance, so we didn't have to deal with that. Mike explained the repair and warranty. We are VERY pleased with the work, the people, the whole experience (except for the crunch that brought us to Gerber!).

Outstanding service, Communication, Quality workmanship at the highest level. From start to finish, Camille and her team was professional, honest, and efficient. Tanya & Lynn explained everything clearly and the repair was done in a timely manner. They communicated with me every step of the way. They also did all of the communication with my insurance as it pertained to the estimate and as well with rental car with Enterprise. The staff were great and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend them.
