She was very friendly, flexible in helping me schedule an appointment, and delivered my car back to me ahead of schedule with all of the repair work done plus a few other improvements that I couldn't be happier with! I will definitely use Gerber for future work!

This was the very best experience I have had with a body shop in terms of customer service and repair. I love that they follow up with you to keep you informed about what is happening.
