Here is a recount of my wonderful experience with Gerber collision. I'm a disabled veteran who is wheelchair bound. When my van incurred damage due to a storm my Insurance directed me to Gerber. The business was amazing. They not only aided in the recovery of the vehicle but gave the best communication I've experienced. The work was done quickly and throughly. Unfortunately I had a issue with the Van that only has 1708 miles on it. Matt who made tested the vehicle before it was returned to me did something amazing. He and the technician Sean came to my home to assist me. It ended being a blown fuse and they were able to help when the dealership that sold me the van refused to give much help. I'm so thankful for everyone at Gerber and I will be definitely pointing people to them for all their auto needs.

Gerber Collision & Glass is absolutely amazing! This recent accident was my very first in my 25 years of driving, and they made the process easy. They gave constant updates on the progress of my repairs and were very professional. My car looked brand new once I received it and they delivered it right to my house. If needed, I will use them again and again! Thank you Gerber! If I could give you 10 stars, I would! Thank you!

I had such a great experience at Gerber! From the outset Kristen was warm and welcoming, and made sure that everything was in place for me to go through the process of dropping off my car and getting a rental. Steve was exceptional. He went above and beyond in answering my questions and taking care of my car. He was polite and professional, and made our interaction very pleasant. This place is outstanding!!! Their office staff is amazing & they all genuinely want to help you the BEST way possible. I got hit in a parking lot and their insurance suggested I use Gerber. SO glad I did. I had damages on both sides of my bumper. This was my first time putting my car in the shop all by myself. I'm 22 LOL! Donnie made it such an easy process. It was truly painless! My car was in and out of the shop in just a few days and the repairs look absolutely phenomenal! I've gotten so many compliments from friends and family already! Would definitely use and recommend Gerber again!
