GA - 410 Merchants Way, Grovetown - 9/27/23

I have to send huge kudos to Gerber Collision in Grovetown. As luck would have it, I had 2 parking lot hits within three weeks in August. I wasn't even in the car either time. I didn't even get the first one in to repair before I had the 2nd one. I initially went to Kendrick's, but it didn't appear they were interested in trying to coordinate the two incidents to repair them back to back with me not having to go through everything twice.? Gerber was highly recommended and I've never been happier with the job they did, and if you know me, you know how picky I am about my car. Gerber got me in, in half the time Kendrick's would even schedule me for the first one. ?Thank you Gerber! I hope I don't have to return, but if I do, Gerber will see me again. Nicer people you won't meet. They really stepped up assisting me in dealing with 2 ... insurance companies and making it a smooth experience for me. read more

Tae'lor Stewart provided me with 5 star service on a recent visit to Gerber Collision and Glass. I needed to get my windshield replaced. I called what I thought was Gerber's local office number. What I found out later was that I was routed to American Glass that has a completely different appointment system from Gerber. I set an appointment for the repair and specifically asked them to ship the glass to the Gerber Oak Street location as it was close to my job. I reiterated this several times throughout the call. I specifically wanted this location because it was close to my job and it received high reviews . When I arrived from my appointment Gerber did not have me on file for an appointment because my appointment was actually with American Glass. As you can imagine I was very confused and angry my appointment wasn't on the books and the ... glass wasn't there. At this point I panicked and thought perhaps I made a deposit to a fraud. Tae 'lor explained that Gerber and American Glass were owned by one company and shared a phone number but not appointment systems and could understand my confusion. She quickly got on the phone with American Glass, located the driver and arrange for him to do the repair at their location. She managed a very upset customer (me) with an amazing amount of professionalism and grace. She never once got upset despite me being angry (not at her but the situation). They didn't just fix the wrecked part, they completely detailed the inside of my car- including a ton of mess from messy kids and spills and stains!
