The quotation for repairs was provided on 10/05, the day after the car was dropped off with a targeted finish date of 10/19. As I would not be available to pick the car up until 10/27, I asked if there was any possible way to finish it by 10/15 latest. Herb Upton said he would have a go at it and kept me informed along the way on the subsequent Tuesdays and Thursdays - what a great service to know that the work is being done and that the target date of the 15th is trying to be met. Indeed the date was met and the work was completed on the 14th. The car was returned clean and the repairs appear to be done very well - Thanks for the professional approach to doing such great service business.

Gerber Collision on Cobb Pkwy. in Kennesaw, Ga. did an excellent job on my car. You can't even tell where the dent was in my car and the alignment was the best my car has ever had. Pamela Bishop and Keith Burns gave me great customer service. They kept me informed on my car and explained everything to me. They are great to deal with.

The individual who took care of me and my truck went out of his way to ensure that not only did I have my truck back the way it was supposed to be and on time, but also worked overtime to make sure I was satisfied and not inconvenienced. Not to mention, the truck looks great! Thanks!
