If I could give Gerber Collision & Glass more than 5 stars I would. No one wants to be in an accident and matters are even more complicated when you are in an accident out of state. But I can't tell you how grateful I am to have such a wonderful team supporting me through what could have been a very unpleasant process. Stephanie D'Agostin, especially, went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to quickly get a rental car and get on the road home while she and her team handled all of the details surrounding my collision. With her regular updates and reassurances, I feel like I had one of the best 'worst' experiences! Thank you, Gerber Collision & Glass and THANK YOU, Stephanie!

I contacted Gerber last week for repair info. on my Cadillac back passenger window, it would not go up. I spoke with Emily M. and immediately I was impressed with her communication skills. I have been commuting from South Georgia and Emily worked with me to coordinate an effective plan of action. On my way home last week she called and advised that the regulator for the window would have to be ordered and offered to tow the car to my residence in Atlanta at no charge. This really was a gracious offer and I told her I would be back up in Atlanta and would pick it up on 11/10. I went to Gerber yesterday and got my car and to my surprise they had cleaned it up and it looked great!! Emily walked me outside and verified everything had been corrected. Thank You Gerber Collision for having such awesome employees. I've been to Firestone, Car dealerships, etc; and I've always felt cheated, and not satisfied with their work. Not only was I impressed with the job , but the employees made me feel like family. Bobby Williams, explained each detail very careful, and stay in contact with me through out the whole process. He made sure I got a full understanding, and most of all he wanted me to be satisfied, not only was I satisfied, I was overwhelmed. I've never seen someone go above and beyond for my satisfaction. If any of my family and friends have any issue with their car, I will definetly recommend them to this location, and tell them to ask for Bobby. I loved the communication and daily updates received from the Gerber team. I really missed my car and it was comforting to know where they were in the process. They also returned her better then she went in. The Gerber team performed admirably.
