GA - 850 Joe Frank Harris Parkway SE, Cartersville - 1/19/15

I had an accident in 2007 and Gerber did the repair on my 2001 Buick. They also did some additional work during the repair process that I paid for. About a year ago the clear coat started pealing off all the paint that was done for the accident. The location where the original work was done had closed so I took the car to the closest Gerber to my home in Ellijay. The manager gave me no problems at all. He said he would have it ready in about a week. I could not believe it when I saw the car, it looked like a new car. Very satisfied customer

We recently had to get our minivan fixed after an accident. Emily M. and everyone at Gerber did an amazing job. They handled all the paperwork with the insurance company and kept us informed during the process. Our minivan looks great and it only took a few days to get it fixed.

The team at the Willow St location in Midtown Atlanta is superb, especially Samantha, she is extremely friendly and courteous. I felt comfortable leaving my car there, knowing they would take great care of it and I wasn't let down one single bit. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone that needs auto body repair work!

Working with the team of people at Gerber Collision in Cartersville, GA was a great experience. They kept me updated every couple of days on the status of my car repairs (damaged from a car accident). Donna, Mike and Brad were my main contacts and we very friendly, courteous and very informative each time I spoke with them. I was very pleased with the service that was provided from Gerber and the time in which repairs were made to my vehicle. The staff were very courteous and prompt in answering all of my questions and concerns regarding my vehicle and in which the time it took to complete the job. I was also impressed in how well the vehicle was fully washed and detailed upon completion. I would highly recommend to anyone for using Gerber Collision & Glass in Cartersville.
