Bobby W, is the Best customer service person I have had business with in years! He is knowledgeable and thoroughly professional. He certainly presents Gerber Collision in the very best light. I commend Gerber and Bobby Williams for an excellent job.

Chris D. was very personable and professional. His estimate was very accurate and since I was paying for the repair myself he worked to keep the cost down for me. Communication was prompt and my car was ready as expected. Very pleased. With the repair and my car was cleaner when I picked it up than when I dropped it off. Will not hesitate to recommend Gerber.

The level of service and professionalism of the staff was truly amazing. This isn't the first time I have had to have this kind of work done, but this is the very first time when I felt confident that everything was in good hands. The facility is very clean and inviting. The staff is friendly, welcoming and very good at communicating. The work done on my car was of the very highest standards. While nothing will make an accident a pleasant experience, my experience with Gerber Collision & Glass went a long way towards easing the pain of the incident. I especially appreciated the woman at the reception counter, whose name I do not remember, who made a great first, middle and lasting impression. Herb Upton, the estimator, was outstanding in his courtesy and service. The other things that I really appreciated: the daily calls with ... progress reports from Her; the texts with updates; the fact the work was completed days ahead of schedule; the fact that my car was washed and cleaned inside and out. Great service! Not really feeling the pressure to give a great survey though. I would have given a great survey with or without the pressure and it's a tad desperate and unprofessional. Other than that, I have nothing but great things to say about you guys.

Absolutely amazing service and repair. They explained everything very well, including keeping me up to date on a regular basis on the status of the repairs. They also beat their estimated completion date which was very well received. I will not hesitate to take my car there anytime is necessary, and will definitely recommend Gerber to all my friends.

great experience.. I am ashamed that I don't remember everyone's name since I too work in a service industry , however the Cartersville location in ga was SUPERIOR !! My van looks great, everyone was so helpful and answered my questions . I especially appreciate the text that I received during the repairs with updates. Thanks again.
