Impressed by the a young man's.attitude and service, always smiling and willing to help, his name is Drederick, D., I commend him and wish everyone's attitude was the same. D is an asset to your company, I am very customer service oriented person and he was there with a smile, he should be an instructor to the other employees, long faces and bad attitudes shouldn't be part of any business. Took our car in thought they were going to have it for 3 days. Gator called us and they had the car ready in 4 hours. Now that is what you call GREAT service. If you need service for your vehicle call Gerber ask for Gator and he will take good care of you and your vehicle.

Just GREAT SERVICE overall. Dominic S. was my Service Advisor. He was very professional and gave me a very detailed list of what would be happening with the repair of my truck. After the repairs were complete, he walked me around the truck and showed me repairs and told me how to care for the new repairs. Again I was very impressed with Dominic. I also was impressed with the receptionist, I can not remember her name. She was very knowledgable of the bussiness.

I have been so pleased with Gerber Collision on Apalachee Parkway in Tallahassee, FL. The front of my car had an incredible amount of damage after a collision with a deer. Dawn, in particular, did my first estimate and texted me twice a week to update me. They did an excellent repair job on the front of my car. No one would ever know it had been in a an accident and I still cannot believe how good it looks. I intend to keep my Rav4 for a very long time and am so grateful your staff did such a great job on it! A big thank you to all of them!
