The work they did was excellent in quality, and vehicle was cleaned for me too. Only gripe I have is the length of time it took, but the terrible rental car I had all that time made me so appreciate getting back into my beloved Toyota Rav4 lol.

Everyone at the office was very nice. I was kept updated as to where they were in the repair process. When I got my car back something totally unrelated to my collision seemed "off" so I called and Curtis looked at it immediately. I had forgotten to press something! Later that evening Curtis called to make sure everything was going well-which I appreciated.

I was very impressed with the communication and constant updates. Being in a collision is never a happy event, however, Kelly F. and her colleagues made it as painless as it could possibly have been. Many thanks !

I have had a couple of insurance claims in the last year, and the Hibiscus Blvd. Gerber shop has been absolutely perfect. They were extremely helpful and got my car back to me in a timely fashion.

Shelley was extremely helpful in helping me know everything about my car repair. I really appreciated the texts letting me know how things were moving along. The repair was completed more quickly than quoted also. Everything overall was a good experience with the office.

Wow! Look no further!!! You do not have to look at any more collision/auto body shops, you found the right one! You got it all if you choose this location! Professionalism, craftsmanship, "check, check" yes, it's all here, and when I saw my car, my pride and joy after being hit from behind, to seeing the magic preformed by these remarkable people!!! Wow like the day I drover off the lot, with 3 miles on her....?? I'd give more stars if I could....go no further...you found the right spot! And you're welcome in advance....you'll see!

These guys are absolutely the best. I have 3 different people hit my car plus Bills car wash malfunctioned and did damage. They have repaired it like new every time. I would never take it anywhere else.
