Scheduled repair work on my vehicle was completed promptly and on time. Brittany was knowledgeable, professional and very helpful during the whole process. Repair was done to original condition and the vehicle was returned cleaner than when dropped off. Over all a very good experience, would highly recommend this location.

I was very pleased with Gerber Collision . They were very good about keeping me updated on Tuesday & Thursday. My Subaru went in on Oct 12 and I picked it up on Nov 1 . Was very glad I was able to leave my rental there and Enterprise came and retrieved it . I had 2 carseats in the rental. I was able to take out one carseat , but had trouble with the other carseat. One of the ladies in the office or front desk came out and took the carseat out within like 1 minute. Was very pleased ! Gerber Collison did a great job !

If I could give 10 stars this is what I would give Gerber Collision. From the time we walked in the office, received estimate of damages, to date of repair, returned left car for repairs, received updates regularly of status of parts, until a text stating to pick up car was OUTSTANDING. this was a very easy process and professional from start to finish with Chris. The front desk lady was very pleasant to speak with and very kind. I had a great experience with this awesome business and can't wait to refer my friends to then if anyone need collision or glass repairs. Thanks so much for your standard of excellence in customer service and repairs. Your repair team knows exactly what they are doing. You cannot tell the car was hit to the rear. Again, thanks so much.

I have used Gerber before in the past and was very satisfied with the workmanship they provided. This week they repaired my car because of another event and again provided outstanding work. Irwin and his staff were very helpful, professional and polite. I would recommend Gerber at this location to anyone. Work was also done in a timely manner even in regard to parts.
