My experience with Gerber was very positive. I am completely satisfied with the quality of work and you can't beat the lifetime warranty for as long as you own the car. The office staff acted in a professional manner and answered all of my questions. My car was returned fixed and cleaner than it was when I dropped it off.

Absolutely EXCELLENT service! From the office staff to the repair personnel, everything went so much better than I would ever imagined it could. The estimate they gave was right on the money and, though they estimated a couple of hours (while I waited), the job was finished and perfect in just about an hour!!

Wendy is incredible. She has gone above and beyond and like I told her at the shop, if I were still working as a Senior Project manager I would hire her right now. Turned a horrible situation into one that was handled with professionalism and care with follow-up that is seriously lacking in todays service world. If I could rate 10 stars out of 5 I would.

I was very impressed with the service on Monday January 15th. I had an issue where my front bumper was falling off my mother-in laws 2012 Honda accord due accident with an oil change service at another location. I just needed to get it lined up and re-attached. A young man came out and looked at and took it back to his technician to see if he could fix quickly. He came back with my car in approximately 15 minutes with it all fixed. I offered to pay and he insisted no charge. I was truly impressed and will continue to go here for auto body service on all my cars. I wish I had gotten his name he is a great representation of this location.

The entire process with Gerber was effortless. From initial contact to picking up my car. I was called more than weekly with progress updates and each employee I came into contact with was friendly and professional! My car looks like it never hit a scary wild boar on a dark country road coming home from work. Thanks a bunch!

I would give 6 stars if I could !! Great workmanship and speedy service. Went in for rear end damage from an accident and the car looks better than it ever has. Even small scrapes and scratches were gone....amazing!
