A hidden GEM in St. Cloud, FL !! Professional, friendly and FAIR! My side mirror was rusting thru the paint and after having it previously touched up, it rusted through again! I stopped in at Gerber and talked with Eduardo S. He took care of me right away at half what I was quoted by another collision center and my mirror looked like NEW two days later! Great job Gerber & Eduardo!! You have all my future body shop business and recommendations to others as well!! Thank you!!

She was continuingly giving me updates, which was great. Honestly I was truly impressed by her professionalism. I also was very pleased with the other staff and manager. The team here is great! Kelly handled my claim. She was absolutely amazing. Her attitude, professionalism and follow through was greatly appreciated. Also Kelly from the front desk was awesome. She is great on the phone with customers. She has tremendous patience and knowledge. I really appreciated both of them. I also appreciate how both of them helped me get my rental car back to Hertz. For having to get your car fixed, which is not a fun time, they made the process as smooth and pleasant as it could be.
