I am from out of town and when driving on the highway my van was hit by flying road debris, I think a large tire tread. I needed a repair done quickly and they very kindly fixed my car within an hour. The repair was well done and they made the extra effort to ensure the job would last. Thank you so much for a job well done by an honest and professional company, that cares about good service and treating clients well.

What a disaster! This was a progressive insured caused the crash I took my car to a progressive shop (not GERBER) and they repaired the body work only there was mechanical problem with my vehicle and they wouldn't help me at all pretty much told me to go awayita not related! I called my insurance USAA they told me to take it to Gerber I walked in fustrated and angry and Tina was there to help me with everything she assured me that they would take care of everything and help me out the best they could what a life saver she was, then she handed me off to Mark who was amazing got my car back today all fixed and i owe it all to the people who actually took time to help me Thank you very much Mark and Tina you guys were amazing!!!

The service I received here when my car was hit was fantastic. Jonathan made sure that I understood everything and explained the entire process. I appreciated the updates on my car that I received via text and the phone calls that explained what was going on with my car. I felt very comfortable with having my car repaired at Gerber and am confident that the job was done well. A friend recommended this collision repair shop to me and I would definitely recommended it to others.

from the time we entered the building we felt welcomed and like we where the only customers they have it was a one on one with a lot of patience with us they took up time very honest people not out to just make a dollar but wanted to do what was best for us, and they really did I would recommend Chris and the team there to anyone whose looking for excellent work and very kind people to be in company with. they are AWESOME
