Gerber fixed some deep scratches due to vandalism in my new car's paint job. They did an amazing job! My car looked like it did when I drove it off the lot the first time. Maybe better! Everyone at the San Jose location went out of their way to help us quickly and efficiently with the utmost kindness. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks for taking such great care of us!

The customer service at this location was great. George continually updated me on the status of my vehicle and when it would be available for pick up. It is refreshing to have a company that is concerned with the customer and their care.

I've had the misfortune of getting into two accidents within two months. While neither were my fault, Tom, Brun, George, and Johnathon went out of their way both times to make sure the process was as easy as possible. Not only does my car look good as new, but they went the extra mile both times even letting me borrow an umbrella when it was raining before my class one day. Would never take my car anywhere else, and will for sure be recommending it to others!

I first heard about Gerber from and friend, I called him asking if he knew of a good place I could bring my car and have my bumper pushed back in and that's when he told me about Gerber. He told me he had been there and had great customer service, and he defiantly wasn't wrong. I came to the S. Semoran location on a Friday told them I was recommended by a friend; they seemed very busy but right away I was greated very kindly and asked what I needed help with. I explained what had happen to my bumper and Jason the manager said he would get someone right away to look at my vehicle. Oliver and Tyler came over looked at the bumper and right away said it wouldn't be a problem and it would be able to be fixed. When I was waiting for my car to be done the receptionist was very sweet asked if I need anything offered a water while I waited and ... made me feel very comfortable. Everything was super clean and everyone seemed to enjoy working there. Needless to say I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend anyone to come here. I was very satisfied with the work done by Gerber Collision & Glass. I had a minor accident that required a new bumper for my Sonata and the repairs made it look brand new. They were very helpful to my situation as they drove me home after dropping off my car and picked me up once my car was ready. Shabeer especially went out of his way to ensure that I was satisfied by giving me a quick and accurate estimate as well as keeping me updated throughout the repair process. After I dropped off my car, it was ready within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend their business to anyone in need of body/glass repairs for their vehicle.

In the beginning of the year I was involve in a car accident . And I wanted my car to be fix, even though I had move from Volusia county to Lake county I chose to go to your Deland location just because a few months before, that same car needed to be fix after a car crash Mr.Gearge provided with such a great customer service, such a great work with the car. I decided to go back to him. Even though the car was totaled this time George still provided me great customer service. Overall everyone was great. I will definitely go back if I need a car to be fix, or recommend someone to go.
