My accident was caused by another who's insurance was USAA. Upon arriving I was greeted by Estimator Mike P. who could not have made my experience any easier! Mike was quick, thorough, and very friendly. Mike contacted the rental car company and in minutes I was on my way. I received updates on the progress of my repair and any cost change. When my vehicle repair was complete I received another text informing me of the time it would be available and the hours of operation. Mike again reviewed the repair sheet and visibly showed me the vehicle with a smile (and it was only 7:30 am)! The workmanship looks to be superior. The vehicle looks like new! The facility was clean and orderly. Coffee and water available to the guests. I would highly recommend this facility.

Wish They had a 10 star rating!! I'm amazed of how they kept me up to date with my repairs from hitting a deer at 75 mph via text message and phone calls!! Everything was replaced! No bondo was used at all!! THEY REPLACED IT!! The paint matched!!!! Good job guys!!! Highly recommended!!
