I cannot say enough great things about the staff, the workmanship , the short time they had my vehicle, got it back the day they promised, washed, tires gleaming, inside vacuumed out. The estimator :Leann was so down the earth, explained the whole process to us, showed us what would be fixed. The cashier made you feel so at ease, we had a few laughs, always a smile ,greeted us like we were old friends. There was nothing but good results from the entire process, from the estimate to the pick up.

Excellent customer service. Jonathan, kept me informed as to each stage of repair, from estimates, ordering parts, receiving part, time frame of going into shop for repairs, painting, assembly, and approximate date & time we can pick up vehicle. He made sure it was satisfactory to him as if it was his own vehicle and wanted nothing else for his customer. Very please with time frame of repair. The repair staff assigned to my vehicle did an excellent job making it look like new again. Thank you. Will recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to all for car repairs.

Wendy was the BEST, I was very upset had been wronged by another company before and decided to come to Gerber this time and also found out there was still damage unfinished from previous work from several months ago; she helped me through the steps with my insurance company to get the issues resolved on both claims to get this matter taken care of and made sure my car was fixed to the satisfaction a customer should get the first time around and not the run around like I had went through the last time! It was also my Birthday week and I had a meeting to go to and family coming into town and we had hold ups on Honda parts and she keep me in the loop on all matters, I felt always as ease with her; she was a Blessing!!! I really felt she went beyond CUSTOMER services. There are some people who just do there jobs and some WHO DO THERE JOBS and ... BEYOND and she is one of them. Went I went to pick up my car my daughter from out of town was there and met her and could tell also and she knows as a professional herself what I was talking about. I will tell everyone I know to come to Gerber Collision to have there cars fixed anytime and will pass the word along, Thank you Thank you Thank you and your team!!!! Fantastic customer service and workmanship! The whole side of my car was wrecked when a car scraped against it's side and metal was bent on the door and and back panel. Now looks good as new. I can't even tell that anything happened. Also Jennifer was very accommodating to my short time status since I had to leave for a trip, and made sure that it got priority so I could pick the car up in time. They even gave me a ride home the first day I dropped the car off. Thank you all so much for your wonderful service and kindness! I would recommend this place to anyone that wants reasonable prices, quick service, and impeccable, professional results!
